All change on the Shooters Hill Safer Neighbourhoods Police Team

PC Darren Culverwell has left the Shooters Hill team to join the Greenwich Borough Task Force, from 3 January. Darren said: "I have enjoyed working with you all and have to say that without you all, my job would be ten times harder so I thank you."
PC Barry Cusselle has joined the team, with his primary responsibility of looking after the Barnfield Estate and Clothworkers micro beats. Barry joins from the Woolwich Town Centre Safer Neighbourhoods Police Team and brings along his experience and enthusiasm.

Finally, you may recall that the Shooters Hill Safer Neighbourhoods Team (SNT) became part of the Eltham Safer Neighbourhoods Cluster under the command of Inspector Ivor Gywn following a review of the SNT's by the Met Police. From November 2011 the Shooters Hill SNT have reverted back to working within the Plumstead and Woolwich Cluster under the command of Inspect Jas Sandhu. Chris Hafford, Superintendent Operations and Partnership said: "It became apparent to the Greenwich Borough police that to maximise operational effectiveness including cross-boundary work it made more sense to have the team operating again from the Plumstead Sector."
